1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Frost & Flame HVAC website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Frost & Flame HVAC provides service updates and promotional messages via SMS. By opting in, you agree to receive automated messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Opt-Out & Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to our number. After you send 'STOP', we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. For help, text 'HELP' or contact us at hello@frostandflame.com.
4. Service Estimates
All estimates are subject to an in-person inspection of your HVAC system. Final pricing is provided in writing before any work begins.
